MOVE It Fitness and Personal Training

ALL fitness levels are welcome as every move can be modified to suit YOU. You will work hard - that's why you're coming to class 😊 - but always at a level or pace that is appropriate for YOU. I promise to never include any fancy choreographed moves. If you've ever seen me in a class you'll know why....come along and MOVE IT! The classes will be mixture of circuits, cardio and core, and strength work.

Please message me with any questions.
